| 1)Mold and mildew need a damp, dark place to grow. Typically a little moisture trapped in the walls of your home or office will cause mold growth resulting in asthma and other health problems. This product provides a moisture barrier to keep moisture out. Yet has a perm rating of 20 which is the same as stucco and allows moisture in the form of vapor to escape eliminating mold growth. |

| Paint Fading - Fading is generally the result of extremes of temperature and UV rays. We utilize a very high concentration of titanium dioxide combined with ceramic particles to block harmful UV rays. We reflect heat away from the surface to eliminate the baking effect in the Summer. The results are little to no fade and a structure that looks newer longer. |
| Crack, Peel, Blister - These problems are caused by expansion and contraction of a surface and moisture getting behind the paint. This product has an elastic quality that allows it to bridge cracks. It also has tremendous adhesion and produces a moisture and thermal barrier to virtually eliminate paint failure. |

One Gallon of this paint is almost $60, however you can try to DIY by mixing
them with regular paints. We will recommend 3M Glass Bubbles, each gallon will need 4
quart of the 3M products. Stir well and apply two coats on interior and exterior walls.
This product is not for the roof top but it can be applied under roof deck and duct systems.
